ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
It doesn't happen often...but it can happen. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us right away so we can either issue you a replacement item or a refund. Please email us at jen@TinTackers.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and description of the damage.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Received an item as a gift that you already have? Or just decided you didn't like an item? To be eligible for a return, your item must in new and unused condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please include the order number and instructions for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your return or exchange will be processed. Either a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days or we will send
