    What is your MOQ / Why can’t I just order one?

    Our MOQ is 25 units. Creating your tackers is a very labor intensive process with many steps involved. It is inefficient to produce tackers any way but in bulk.

    What type of files do you need to make my tackers?

    We prefer vector files (example .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf). We can use high resolution files if no vector art is available, or if your file includes a raster image. You do not need to scale your artwork to size. Please include any PMS (Pantone Matching System) numbers for any spot colors, otherwise a CMYK mix will be used to replicate the colors.

    Can my tackers be any shape?

    We use a laser cutter for all of our tackers, so your tackers can be any shape!

    How small/large can I make the tackers?

    We make custom tackers in any size from 2”x 2” up to 48”x 48”.

    What thicknesses are available?

    Standard thickness is .024 gauge aluminum. We can also make embossed tackers in .032 and .040 gauge.

    Where are your price breaks?

    We offer price tiers at the following quantities: 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 750 and 1000+.

    Will I receive some sort of proof before ordering?

    Yes, you will receive a digital proof! It will include the dimensions, areas of emboss, locations of mounting holes, and PMS numbers for the spot colors (if provided). You also have the option of ordering a flat press proof for a color and print check.

    What is a flat press proof?

    After approval of a digital proof, you can order a flat press proof ($85 for most sizes, plus shipping), for a print and color check. The proof will be mailed to you flat, not embossed, and unfabricated, meaning it will not be laser cut to shape, have mounting holes, etc. It is meant to be used for a print and color check only, and is a great way to check the print against any existing marketing collateral for a match.

    What is an art and tooling fee?

    This is a one-time fee ($125 for most sizes), and will not be applied to reorders of the same tacker. This fee covers our artist’s time in setting up your file, and producing the tooling needed (emboss dies) to make your tackers.

    What are your payment terms?

    We require a deposit of 50% to get your order started, with the balance due upon completion of your tackers. We send our invoices via PayPal, and payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, or Venmo. You can also either send a check, or pay via ACH.

    What is your lead time?

    Typical lead time is 4-5 weeks, and fluctuates throughout the year. You will be given your estimated completion date at the time of your order. Production time may be impacted by supply chain issues, material shortages, labor shortages, etc. We will do everything possible to complete your tackers in this time frame, but we cannot guarantee shipping dates due to variables outside our control.

    We also have a rush job available at an additional cost, where your tackers will be complete within 2-3 weeks. There is an additional fee for this service.

    Where are the tackers manufactured?

    The tackers are fully & proudly manufactured in the USA!
