The small batch, creative microbrewery, was fueled by decades of dreaming about a brewery addition to the restaurant. It's a family affair with 3 generations of Coopers running the restaurant and brewery.
Cooper's new tacker features an eight-legged sea creature, a nod to their seafood house origin.
