The mystery box is a great value and nice tackers are sent. The company sent me an additional (different) tacker after one of mine arrived with minor damage. I like the quality of the material and the unique designs many of the signs have. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.
I received this survey email, however I have not received so my item so I can’t honestly review my products. I can review your time frame of shipping and it’s awful. It took 9 days from the day i ordered my items before they even shipped out and now 5 days later i get this survey but I have yet to see my items
Hi Amber, I see that you placed your order on Black Friday, and that we fulfilled AND shipped on the following Monday, one business day later, during the busiest time of the year! I am not sure why you thought that they shipped out 9 days later. I see that you have now received your tackers, and we'd love to hear how you like them!
I added my mystery tacker onto an order with 2 other tackers. The value was good and it's a pretty nice sign. I was just disappointed that this sign had some slight damage to it, and although likely not the case, I did wonder if it was sent as part of a cheaper deal due to the damage.
It's not significant damage, but I was a little disappointed. I have a wall full of tackers, so I still hung it up and you don't really notice it.
Asides from that, I am happy with the visual and artwork of the tacker.
